Hello there!

First, let's establish what the greatest common factor means.
The greatest common factor is the highest factor in value that's in comparison to all numbers.

For example;
2, 4, and 8. Find the GCF.

2 = 1 x 2
4 = 1 x 4, 2 x 2
8 = 1 x 8, 2 x 4

These numbers all have 2 as the highest number in common, so 2 is the GCF in this example.

Now, let's try with our current numbers.

30 = 1 x 30, 3 x 10, 5 x 6
48 = 1 x 48, 2 x 24, 3 x 16, 4 x 12, 6 x 8
60 = 1 x 60, 2 x 30, 3 x 20, 4 x 15, 5 x 12, 6 x 10

All of our numbers have these common factors:
1, 2, 3, 5, 6.

The greatest number is 6, so our GCF is 6.

I hope this helps!

A vehicle is purchased for $18,000, with a down payment of $6,098. The balance in financed for three years at an annual rate of
mestny [16]
The Present value of an annuity is given by PV = P(1 - (1 + r/t)^-nt)/(r/t)
where: P is the monthly payment, r is the annual rate = 7% = 0.07, t is the number of periods in one year = 12 and n is the number of years = 3.

18,000 - 6,098 = P(1 - (1 + 0.07/12)^-(3 x 12)) / (0.07/12)
11,902 = P(1 - (1 + 0.07/12)^-36) / (0.07/12)
P = 0.07(11,902) / 12(1 - (1 + 0.07/12)^-36) = 367.50

Therefore, monthly payment = $367.50

he graph represents function 1, and the equation represents function 2: A coordinate plane graph is shown. A horizontal line is
Reika [66]

Answer:

The answer is 2

Step-by-step explanation:

Rate of change of function is given by :

\frac{(f(x_{2})-f(x_{1}))}{x_{2}-x_{1}}

For function y = 6,

rate of change =

=\frac{(f(x_{2})-f(x_{1}))}{x_{2}-x_{1}}\\=\frac{6-6}{x_{2}-x_{1}}\\=0

because the function is independent of x.

For function y = 2·x + 7,

rate of change =

=\frac{(f(x_{2})-f(x_{1}))}{x_{2}-x_{1}}\\=\frac{2\cdot x_{2}+7-2\cdot x_{1}-7}{x_{2}-x_{1}}\\=\frac{2\cdot x_{2}-2\cdot x_{1}}{x_{2}-x_{1}}\\=\frac{2\cdot (x_{2}-x_{1})}{x_{2}-x_{1}}\\=2

So, the rate of change of 2 is greater than rate of change of function 1 by 2 - 0 = 2.

The greater of two consecutive integers is seven less than one-third the smaller integer. Find the integers
ikadub [295]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:consecutive integers are represented by x, x+1 ,  so for this problem the greater one is represented by x + 1.

Now you need to translate the problem.  the greater is  seven less than 1/3 the smaller

--->  x + 1 = (1/3)*x - 7 --->  now solve for x (the smaller) and x+1  (the greater)

***hint:  to get rid of fractions in an equation you can always multiply EVERYTHING by the denominator , 3 in this case
