Which technique are you most likely to use to reduce tension when communicating difficult information?

I dont know about you but i would just take it head on and deal with it like a man, that is is the best way to deal with it.

I think there is a variety of answers to this question, but the most likely is actually to drink alcohol. Other ways would be watching movies, voluntary isolation, listening to music, ect. It really depends on the person.
