Command economies and/or socialist economies benefit their citizens theoretically by ensuring that nobody is poor or without basic needs of living, although this is not always the case.

Explanation:

A command administration is one in which a centralized government regulates the centers of generation. The government concludes what is created, how it is designed and how it is scattered. A private company does not exist in a command economy. The government employs all workers and unilaterally determines their wages and job duties because the command corresponds the means of production in a command economy, it concludes who works where and for how much pay. This power structure contrasts distinctly with a free market economy, in which private companies control the means of making and hire workers based on business needs.
