Entre los aspectos positivos de las revoluciones campesinas y obreras es que nacen de la base social más pobre y que no encuentra otra forma de accionar una vez que sus demandas no han sido escuchadas por la vía legal. Estas bases populares no han encontrado otra forma de exigir sus derechos  y deciden levantarse en armas. Este aspecto destaca porque surge de las bases sociales más bajas y por los motivos más válidos: igualdad, justicia, oportunidades, crecimiento económico, acceso a la educación y a la salud, entre otros.
