To do that you need to find out the main problem. once you find out then you can brain storm. like if the problem is about bolling, you would have some kind of bulling patrol or some thing like that. another example is lunch food. if it's not good then you and the kids at your school will do a fundraiser to earn money for the school to get better lunches. or you can put out a big paper and have all the kids right down 1 or 2 problems they think should be changed and after that then bring it up to some adult and see what you and the adult can do to make your school a better environment.

Answer:

If I win the Lottery I would donate it to foundations to try and help others. I would want to help people rather than spend it all on myself. However, I don't think I could win a ton of money and not spend any of it for myself. So I would probably donate 50%, then spend 25% and put the remaining amount in a savings account. I would want to be resourceful with my money, so I think it would be smart to put some in savings.
