Hello there! I answered a few questions like this before so here is my answer from that question:

- Click "Ask your question."

- Type out the question in the field.

- Click the paperclip icon below the answering field.

- Click "add attachments"

- Select the photo you want to use

- Click "Open" and wait for the photo to load.

There you go! I hope this helped. An easier way to do this is to drag your photo straight into the answer field and you can skip the last 4 steps, I am sure this works on mac but not sure if it works on windows. Have a great day! :)
