The similarities between them is that they are basically the same when it comes to what it is made of. Both are made from breaded meat fillet but the main differences is the way in which they serve. The milanese is usually served with mashed potatoes and spaggethi or with the lettuce and tomatoes. On the other hand, the milanesa napolitana is made like a pizza. Put the tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese on top of the same. Also add different ingredients such as the ham, the onion and the bacon.I hope it helps, Greetings.
