Colors like black, red, and brown are not neon colors. White isn't a neon color, however, it is classified as "glow" instead of white.

Pink, orange, blue, yellow, and green could all be neon colors.

With new technology, we have more neon colors such as neon coated red, brown, and purple.

its any color other than black, brown, grey, and white and begins with neon. For example, neon pink, neon orange, neon blue, neon purple, neon red. They are the brighter colors but brighter. Dark colors can not be neon.
