"Presently there are four categories of individuals of Cherokee Indian ancestry in the United States because the Bureau of Indian Affairs helped them to relocate and reorganize. Individuals of Cherokee Indian ancestry no longer want to live together in tribes. The Cherokee Nation became divided when the Indian Removal Act forced them to relocate. members of the Cherokee Nation purchased land and moved to different parts of the country."

Answer:

 • There were great difficulties faced by the system as a whole when the settlers arrived inside the greater United States centuries before now, as there were free folk present inside the region who had demands which were not met first properly by the political systems and the government itself, as there were some who did not wanted any part of the tribal system inside the region rather they were sidelined for the development of the foreign investment inside the region.
 • While, they also reached an agreement fortunately for the good of there people and the state itself, as they wanted a more peaceful and well organized system to prevail across the region. And it was all due to the reason the business to which the investment was all attracted to was the silk cultivation and mainly the possibility was seen inside the state of Alabama for the initiation of such business to be started by any firm or company.
 • As, the tribes were relocated towards the state of Oklahoma and other regions for obtaining the objective set by the elite group of people inside the region.

exis [7]

Answer:

The renewal of an advisory contract under different terms than the preceding contract requires that a revised brochure must be given to the customer at, prior to, contract renewal .

Explanation:

First, we need to define a term called ADV part 2A: Form ADV is a form used by investment advisers to register with the Securities commission and Exchange Commission (SEC) and state securities authorities.

There is no requirement to file an ADV Part 2A with a balance sheet promptly unless the adviser for the first time will accept $1,200 or more of prepaid fees, 6 months or more in advance of services rendered.

The "2-Day Free Look" at the "Brochure" is only required under NASAA rules for customers that are signing an advisory contract with that adviser for the first time - so it only applies to State-registered advisers, not to Federal Covered Advisers.

Why did Adam send diplomats to France early in his administration?
____ [38]
Adams's presidency was consumed with problems that arose from the French Revolution, which had also been true for his predecessor. Initially popular with virtually all Americans, the French Revolution began to arouse concerns among the most conservative in the United States after the excesses that commenced in 1792. The King and Queen (Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette) were executed, attempts at de-Christianization occurred, numerous foes of the Revolution—especially aristocrats and monarchists—were executed in the September Massacre (1792) and the Reign of Terror (1793-1794), and the revolutionary leadership moved toward social leveling that would end historic class privileges and distinctions between the social classes. Adams had observed the coming of the French Revolution while living in France and Great Britain

The Marshall Plan and the creation of NATO both...
Rama09 [41]

Answer:

D. Created a strong alliance between the US and Western European countries.

Explanation:

The Marshall Plan was a way for the US to provide aid to Western Europe in 1948 after the conclusion of WW2. WW2 left Europe in ruins, while the US, due to its geopolitical location, was left relatively unscathed on its home front. Through this plan, the US was ultimately able to provide billions of dollars in aid to Western Europe.

On the other hand, NATO stands for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, and it was a mutual defense pact formed by the US and its allies. NATO included the US, Canada, and 10 Western European countries. With NATO, these countries essentially pledged to defend each other under attack and to collectively work towards their mutual safety and security.

Therefore, both NATO and the Marshall Plan strengthened the US's ties to Western Europe, making the answer D correct.

We can also analyze the other answer choices to see why they're incorrect:

Option A is incorrect because the Marshall Plan has nothing to do with the Korean War, it was simply a way to provide aid to Europe. Moreover, the Korean War was primarily between North Korea and South Korea, as a proxy war during the Cold War. Not all NATO countries were involved, and the US wasn't defending their own security, rather they were fighting Communism in Asia.

Option B is incorrect because the Marshall Plan provided huge sums of economic aid that only made rebuilding Europe easier.

Option C is incorrect because NATO only increased tensions. Not only did NATO mean that the US could station weapons in its member states (meaning weapons in closer proximity to the Soviet Union's territory) but it also made tensions impossible to deny. The Soviet Union and its allies would respond in 1955 with their own pact known as the Warsaw Treaty Organization.
