Answer:

The text in English is:

On my last holiday I traveled to Colombia with my wife. We were in Cartagena, a city in the caribbean coast famous for its colonial architecture and a wall that surrounds the historic center. My wife and I stayed at a very nice hotel inside the walled city. We stayed in Cartagena for one week, and did many things. We went to the beach, dancing, to eat shellfish, and walk around the city streets. The walled city is very romantic at night, and while we were walking, we saw many dancers and musicians on the streets playing and dancing regional music, like salsa. The way they danced was impressive, and the music was very cheerful and festive. We enjoyed the city's nightlife a lot; there were parties and dancing everywhere.

The city's beaches were not very nice, and were very crowded, but we went to some beaches close to the city and they were beautiful. In one of those beaches we went scuba diving. The water was very clear and clean, so while we were scuba diving we saw fish from all colors, turtles and corals.

We enjoyed our holidays in Cartagena a lot, it is a very colorful city, filled with culture and nice people, and we definitely recommend that you visit.

Is it accurate to say "algunas de mis amigos" when the friends in "some" are all female out of all of my friends, which include
atroni [7]
If you want to say "some of my friends are girls" then: Algunos de mis amigos son chicas.

We always use feminine pronouns (pronombres femeninos) for feminine nouns (sustanitvos femeninos).

You have to say "algunas de mis amigas"
It depends on what you want to say...
If its to indicate something they do then say: "de todos mis amigos, algunas de las chicas [add verb here]. Meaning: From all my friends, some of the girls [verb].
