Elena-2011 [213]

Answer:

C). “about two-thirds of agricultural land in Australia is suffering from degradation, which includes loss of nutrients" ( Paragraph 17)

Explanation:

The quotation that most aptly highlights the current health of the soil would be “about two-thirds of agricultural land in Australia is suffering from degradation, which includes loss of nutrients" from Paragraph 17 as it talks about the present condition of the soil('degradation causing lack of nutrients') in Australia. The first and second quotation talks about the way to create soil and the quality of the soil while the last option talks about the past event 'The American Dust Bowl.' Therefore, option C is the correct answer.

tatuchka [14]

Answer: We tell stories to continue the lineage of history. Stories can be used as a primary informational source, and can be seen as a powerful tool. Stories play as a way for people to retell their experiences of history based on their perspective. This is vital to human existence because without several viewpoints of history, our world would merely be a fairy tale, non-existent.

Why is it challenging to write about people you know? Give an example to support your answer.
mina [271]
You can’t really get a different point of view. When you know the person, you’d be writing based off of what you already know. When you don’t know the person, you can have sort of an idea of what they are like. You won’t exactly know what they’re like though.
