Russian country was struck by a huge crisis.  The poverty, famine and World War took many of russian citizens. Long hours at work, overcrowded housing, constant risk of injury and death, deplorably sanitary conditions, harsh discipline and inadequate wages indicate that the changes should be made instantly. Cost of living is sky high and people can barely have enough meals for a day. Centuries of oppression of lower classes, from the Tsarist regime and failures in the World War I demand that workers should fight for their freedom. Strikes and bread riots are spreading across the country.

The Bolsheviks promise that the power should be in workers hands. The means of production will be took from the capitalists and be given back to the proletariat. Nationalisation of the land indicate that everyone should be equal in the terms of outcomes, and that the state is the only one that should have a legitimacy over the distribution of goods. The purpose of the state, according to the Bolsheviks is to take care for every citizen in the country, not only for the wealthy.

What are three ways a Colonizing country could make money by colonizing another country?
tangare [24]

Answer:

Exploiting natural resources - this is the most straightforward approach. Colonies were established mainly to obtain the economic benefit from exploiting resources such as lumber, ore, gold, coal, etc.

Exploiting the population - exploiting the labor power of people in the colonies is also a way for the colonizer country to make money out of the colonized territory. The forms of exploitation can vary from straight up slavery, to serfdom, to wage labor with extremely low pay.

Making the colony a captive market - The colony can also become a captive market for the colonizing country. This means that the people in the colony are obliged to buy goods and services from the colonizing country due to internal or external restrictions to competition and trade.

What is the most likely reason the republicsame of Yugoslavia held together until the fall of communism
erik [133]
This is a little open for interpretation, but I would generally say that the best answer is that Josip Broz Tito was a very powerful leader, who kept the republics and the different groups together.

For example, we can see this from the fact that the first conflict happened in 1981: one year after his death ( a protest of Kosovans who demanded autonomy).

Answer:

Non argument.
