All the points that are mention in the Preamble refer to fairness, equality, and security.

Option A is not correct because even when the constitution talks about the way the government has to work in order to give citizens what it is offered as a country, this part is about those specific things the people are being promised and offered.

Option C is not correct because it talks about a totally different topic bringing taxes as the main topic which doesn't match with the general idea of the preamble.

Option D is not correct because it talks about work which is never mentioned in this part of the constitution besides that  it doesn't cover the full idea of the preamble
