We can define symmetry as the the quality of having parts that match each other, particularly in a way that is alluring, or likeness of shape or substance.

Now here is a use of word symmetry in a sentence.

The outline of the house had a satisfying symmetry, its oval shape being grabbed in its stretched windows.

Deft means skillful or careful, so to utilize it legitimately in a sentence, here's an example;

The photographer is known for her deft utilization of lighting.

Now we use both words, deftly and symmetry in a sentence;

The designs on the floors were deftly placed, and the symmetry was great.
