All the laws that are passed by the Federal government would be treated as Supreme law of the land. It is globally accepted in the United States that the Constitution is the ultimate and supreme in regards to the laws of the land. The laws made by the federal Government would be treated as supreme unless it violates the rules laid down by the Constitution of United States. The United Supreme Court has the power to decide if the law is in violation of the Constitution or not.
