How many people must a cadet recruit to the unit in order to receive the recruiting award?

The Cadet Recruiter Ribbon is given to those cadets who recruit two or more people (cadets or senior members) into the Civil Air Patrol. The can also wear a bronze clasp for each additional two members recruited. Once five bronze clasps they can replace them with a silver clasps. For ever ten new cadets recruited after this, and additional silver clasp may be worn on the ribbon. No more bronze clasps.
