Collective barging refers to process of negotiating terms employment between employers and employees ( amount of salary and or working conditions )
This was known as manifest destiny. Colonists believed that is was their right and destiny to complete the westward expansion.
If Rome was defeated at the battle of Zama then there wouldn't have been a Roman empire after that, and Carthage would have won the second punic war, leading too the destruction of Rome itself
