Answer: During the American Revolution, geography was really important for all the strategies of the colonists.

The terrain of the colonies was a difficult barrier for the British army. They were not prepared or trained of that kind of terrain, with the forests and all. But that terrain was really known for the colonists, and that was a hue advantage in the American Revolution.
