Answer: Becket was killed in Canterbury Cathedral.

Explanation:

Thomas’s Becket greatest friend was King Henry II of England. Becket was his Chancellor.

King Henry and Becket stayed great companions until they conflicted over clerical benefit. Henry expressed that the congregation was dependent upon the rule that everyone must follow, yet Becket demanded that the Church was exempt from the rules that everyone else follows.

Becket was slaughtered by henry's knights at the Canterbury Cathedral on December 29th.

Sergio [31]
As evident in this excerpt from Hamlet, "<span>How can this player be so filled with grief and rage over Priam and Hecuba, imaginary figures whom he doesn’t even know, while I, who have every reason to rage and grieve and seek revenge, am weak, uncertain, and incapable of action?", the theme that Hamlet refers to talks about the fear about the possible outcomes of his actions and meaninglessness of life. </span>
