Students are assessed in SCIENCE, MATH, READING AND LANGUAGE subjets on the Aspire test.
The ACT is a university entrance exam that contains four sections with limited time, which take two hours and 55 minutes in total. There are 215 multiple-choice questions in total and covering science, math, reading and language. The writing section is optional, and you can add 40 minutes to the duration of the exam. Each section receives a grade from 1 to 36. The total scores are averaged in the four sections to calculate the total results. Universities use their ACT results to compare them to those of other applicants.
