Answer:

a)the French and British push the Germans back.

Explanation:

The Meuse-Argonne Offensive was part of the Allies' final offensive during the First World War that occurred along the Oideental Front. The whole offensive was planned by the French commander Ferdinand Foch who sought to violate the so-called Hindenburg Line and thereby give an ultimatum and force the capitulation of the Germans. The Meuse-Argonne offensive, in addition to the American forces, involved the armies of France, the United Kingdom and several countries of the so-called commonwealth (mainly Canada, Australia and New Zealand) as well as the participation of Belgium, who was in the biggest battles over the whole front.

In 4-5 sentences, compare and contrast the governments of Sparta and Athens.WHOEVER IS RIGHT GETS BRAINLIST!!!!!
Vikentia [17]

Answer:

One of the main ways they were similar was in their form of government. Both Athens and Sparta had an Assembly, whose members were elected by the people. ... Thus, because both parts of Athens' government had leaders who were elected, Athens is said to have been the birthplace of democracy. Spartan life was simple.

The main difference between Athens and Sparta is their government, economy, and society. Athenian society, which was based on trade, valued art and culture and was ruled under a form of democracy. Spartan society, on the other hand, was a militant society whose economy was based on farming and conquering.
