The answer to the question about why would nationalism lead to intolerance and persecution of other ethnic or national groups is explained below.

Explanation:

When a nation promotes its own interests, over the interests of other nations, it is called as nationalism. Nationalism creates a feeling of inferiority within the minorities of a country, which may lead to intolerance among them.

Countries usually contain diverse group of people, who are from different backgrounds, ethnicity, etc. Large group of people in a country or region creates pride among them of their sharing of common heritage, history, backgrounds, ethnicity, etc. This thing may leave many minorities alone and make them feel inferior in the same region or country, which would no doubt lead to intolerance among them.

Choose and explain the two most important decisions that came out of the supreme court's dred scott decision.
Evgesh-ka [11]

Answer:

One of the most important decisions that came out of the Dred Scott decision was the court's decision to legalize dredlocks. Dreadlocks are a style of hair worn by Africans and Africans-Americans and was outlawed in public places until the Dred Scott case. Now, anyone can wear dredlocks in public.

Another important decision from this decision was that the court decided that not everyone who looked Caucasian could be proven to be Caucasian. Mr. Scott was 1/8 Negro even though he looked white. How the court was able to prove this without the availabilty of DNA tests, I will never know. It was important to be 100% Caucasian in order to ride a train, own a horse, or vote after the Dred Scott decision settled the issue of supremacy once and for all.

Would it not have been better for European Union members with stable currencies like Germany to keep their own currencies? Why o
Viktor [21]
Better for whom? Germany's stable economy helps itself best if it keeps it's own currencies. This very question is what motivated the UK's Brexit.

However, if Germany and the UK, for example, deemed it beneficial to reactivate their membership in the EU on a temporary or, say, 'per their discretion' basis, for reason of providing and gaining greater purchasing power of goods from offshore regions, they should be given the latitude to pay into a large purchase under consideration by the remaining EU members.

This way, the stronger economies would not constantly be drained by the EU's poorer economies. This should not be the end of the story, however. The deutchmark and the pound would be better able to help EU from positions of strength if they decided to participate in a high volume, high value purchase. Adding the large German and British orders to the little orders from dozens of tiny countries would drive down offshore sellers' cost per unit, thus benefiting ALL the EU, Germany, and the UK.
