I’m not exactly sure what your asking however I believe it would be all thre because to have progression you must have frequency of practicing what you want to accomplish. Intensity to push yourself, and time set a goal father out when you know that you can complete and from your practices you will gain how long you can do something for like running a mile if your goal is to run five miles by February then you will increase your time as you gain more strength and endurance.
