Answer:

It can be said that the results given by the test at the beginning of Lucas's secondary school were correct.

Explanation:

The career tests use the qualities and strengths, as well as the weaknesses, to determine the professions that best fit the profile of the respondent. These tests are designed to suggest to the participant, according to their personality, in which professional areas they could perform better.

At the beginning of his high school, Lucas surely possessed certain qualities that focused him on certain types of careers. However, these strengths or qualities may have changed in the course of his high school and even in college, orienting him to another professional area. This process does not detract  the test he took; on the contrary, it reflects the transformation of Lucas during his process of growth and normal formation of all young people during this stage of life. That is why it is not a reason to question the reliability of the test the fact that it has had two different results in such a long period of time.

Was able to prove that the federal government had the power to over rule the state law. This allowed Gibbons to use the waters through New York for Commerce. Ogden originally was the only one with the license which made it a monopoly. Once it crossed state lines it conflicted with federal law, specifically the Article 1 Section 8 of the constitution that Congress had exclusive national power over interstate commerce. This is what Gibbon's lawyer used as his defense.

MAVERICK [17]
Shekinah means 'God's divine presence'.

After God told Moses to lead the Israelites out of Egypt in search of the promised land (Israel), he also instructed him to build a tabernacle, a portable temple, which God would dwell within as they travelled. “It is a key belief in Judaism that God led the Jews out of Egypt.”
