Answer:

(A) In closing, I believe that Greencity Zoo is the best location for our class party. It is not too expensive, and it is close. A party at Greencity Zoo will be practical and fun.

Explanation:

What's wrong with the other answer choices?

(B) Finally, I think Greencity Zoo is the best choice because I have been there every year. My favorite animals live in the reptile house.

This option does not consider other people's opinions or state valid reasons as to why Greencity Zoo is a good option.

(C) To close, I am in favor of Greencity Zoo. Greencity Zoo is the best place for our year-end party.

This option is formatted well, but it does not give reasons as to why Greencity Zoo is a good choice. However, if A is not the correct answer, this answer is the next best choice.

(D) My last point is that Greencity Zoo will be the most popular place for a party. Everybody likes animals.

This option includes assumptions. You can't tell the future and you don't know everybody's opinion; therefore this answer choice is out.

Why is the first answer correct?

(A) In closing, I believe that Greencity Zoo is the best location for our class party. It is not too expensive, and it is close. A party at Greencity Zoo will be practical and fun.

This option gives numerous reasons as to why Greencity Zoo is the best location for the class party. It sums up the argument concisely, making it the best answer.

Hope this helps :)

Personally , I think A is the best. It has facts (less expensive, close) and it doesn’t have too much opinion. Rather than “everybody likes animals” or “my favorite animals live in the reptile house” it shows that it’s practical and fun!
