An Organic Act is an act of the US Congress, establishing territory of the US and specifying how would be governed. So based on this principle we can say that two statements regarding an Organic law are:
A.- It Stablish a territorial goverment that was appointed by the president.
E.- It allows for the settlement of the unassigned lands by US citizens.
