The correct answers are C ("Concurrent"), and D ("Reserved").

The U.S. government is set up in such a way that there are different levels of power and responsabilities given to the states and the national government, specified in the Constitution.

-Delegated powers are those which are only granted to the Federal Government (coin money, declare war, sign treaties, etc.)

-Reserved powers refer to all faculties that aren't specifically given to the Federal government by the Constitution and can be carried out by state governments. These aren't found in the Constitution itself, but as a part of the Tenth Amendment.

-Concurrent powers, are the ones shared by both national and state levels of government (construction of roads, building schools, managing taxes, etc.)

Hope this helps!

Why might many textbooks make it seem like everyone wanted a strong central government after shays rebellion
wariber [46]

Basically, not everyone desired a strong central government after the revolution, which was not being under the leadership of a strong central government. The constitution confines the influences of the federal government but it has been fragmented, because the people no longer want to be accountable for the argument of their privileges.

Answer:

The South had the problem of having an agricultural economy. It's difficult to win a battle when all you grow is cotton, tobacco, and rice. The South, for example, had almost no industrialization, and found it hard to produce weapons or uniforms.
