In these two to sentences you have to use the future tense of the verbs "help" and "have". These two verbs in English require the auxiliary "will" to indicate you are talking about future tense but in Spanish is different.
-Will help - means - Ayudará
-Will have - means - Habrá
In Spanish the verbs "ayudar" and "haber" doesn't need an auxiliary to show future tense. They just need to change or add suffix at the end of the word.
