Irina18 [472]
The correct answer is B. audience and purpose.
When it comes to her speech Address to the Troops at Tilbury, she obviously wanted to encourage her soldiers to be strong and unwavering. On the other hand, when it comes to her Response to Parliament's Request That She Marry, she used a different approach given that this is a personal matter and the audience was quite different.

What is the poem version of ''paragraphs''
egoroff_w [7]
Hey there!

The poem version of "paragraphs" are stanzas. For example, if this were my poem:

My car is very shiny (first stanza)

I drive it every day (second stanza)

If it gets hurt (third stanza)

I will throw it away (fourth stanza)

It's almost like an essay composed of paragraphs, but a poem is much shorter and it's, therefore, a poem composed of stanzas.

Hope this helps!

Which of the following sentences is punctuated correctly? I want to go to the concert but I'm not sure if I will be able to make
zalisa [80]
I want to go to the concert, but I'm not sure if I will be able to make it.
This one uses correct comma usage to join two independent clauses, the comma goes before the coordinating conjunction (but).
The semicolon would only be used before the coordinating conjunction if in the first clause a comma was used. But that's not the case so the answer with the semicolon is thus incorrect.
