What does this scene, which follows a significant fight and possible breakup, demonstrate about Knapp's Stage Model of Relationa

l Development? Every couple goes through every stage of the model in order. Couples might go back and forth between different stages of the model over time. Once a couple begins to come apart, there is no way for them to repair the relationship and return to a satisfying relationship. Once a couple goes through all five of the stages of coming together, their relationship is guaranteed to work for life.

Answer:

Couples might go back and forth between different stages of the model over time.

Nothing is a garantee that things are going to work for life. Knapp's Stage Model of a Relational Development explains certain stages, but they in each cases the stages would happend differently.

A really good way to find comparisons if you can't think of any is to google the summary of the story and character descriptions from sparknotes, or where ever. That usually helps me when writing c/c essays.
