I just made this up, I'm not sure if it's what you meant, but ....

Thomas had warned me that winter ... he called out to me from the side of the frozen lake. "You're skating on thin ice!" I was too prideful to listen. I had been trying to win a bet. To make a long story short, I ended up six feet below the surface, as dead as a door nail.
Now, three months later, I sadly watch over my friend as he sets his own clothes on fire, with tears streaming down his face. I hear a child's voice some distance away saying, "Mommy says that where there's smoke there's fire!"
'They're too late ... Thomas is already going to be with me ... just a few more seconds,' I thought, smiling sadly. Changing someone's fate is easier said than done. He uttered a strangled cry, then fell to the ground, engulfed in flames.

Read the excerpt from Act II of Hamlet.
kkurt [141]

Answer:

B, but read the full explanation carefully. If you have an idea of your own, pick it.

Explanation:

It's none of these. Later on we learn that they are talking about fortune and luck. Hamlet makes a very nasty comment about the nature of luck whom he sees as a changeable woman who takes money for her favors (his words not mine). Rosenkranz and Guildenstern are in the middle which leads Hamlet to make another off color observation.

Given that background, you could almost pick any one of the choices, since    none of them are correct. I suppose if you take Guildenstern's initial couplet you could pick prosperity, but I wouldn't be surprised if the writer of this question didn't pick it. The quotation is taken out of context.

Whatever they are talking about is neither the top or the bottom. It is therefore in the middle. But before this speech, we learn that the two students are not doing well. Hamlet is trying to joke with them.

Thesis statement is the overall summary of the research paper. While all of the necessary information and references materials are in the research paper, the thesis statement hold everything and summarize the gist into a simple sentence. It sort of like a ‘second title’ to and ‘pre-abstract’ the research paper. Writing thesis statements can be confusing and challenging as you are trying to summarize five-page research into a short but meaningful sentence. Thus, it is very important that one know the research well to avoid any misuse of words when doing the thesis statement.</span>

Doing sports is quite important, especially for younger people. If they start doing any type of sport when they are young, they will develop a habit to always be fit and physically prepared. This is where sports can help a lot, which is why every child should at least try to see if they like any before they say no - they might be surprised.
My favorite sport is volleyball. Ever since I was a little kid, I always enjoyed watching volleyball, and when I was a bit older, I actually got to play it myself. I wanted to officially start training volleyball because I wished to be a professional volleyball player, but unfortunately, that never happened. I always loved volleyball because to me it seemed like such an intricate sport - there are many people on the team, each of which have their specific tasks during the game. This sport isn't very dangerous, and it is a group sport, which means that you can find a lot of friends training. I've always found volleyball to be such a beautiful sport, and one of the reasons why I also love it is because of the way volleyball players look like - they look very fit, not overly muscular, tall, and overall handsome.
All in all, volleyball has been always will be my favorite sport because, first of all, it brings me back to my childhood days when I spent hours and hours playing with my friends, and then to my later years when I developed interest in it more professionally.

Okay, so syntax is sometimes called grammar, but the word grammar is also used more broadly to refer to various aspects of language and its usage. In traditional grammar syntax, a sentence is analysed as having two parts, a subject and a predicate.

Syntax refers to word order, and the way in which it works with grammatical structures. As we are used to hearing things in certain orders, the effect of breaking with normal syntax is to draw attention to what is being said and the way it is.

Now Alternative Syntax: is for its control structure; namely, if, while, for, for each, and switch. In each case, the basic for of alternative syntax is to change the opening brace to a colon ( : ) and the closing brace to end if;, endwhile;, endfor; endforeach;, or endswitch; respectful y

I hope I could help, that's all I really know about it, so if you need some more help, you should probably ask your teacher. :) have a great day.
