I’m pretty sure you are asking how to say happy birthday? So depending on the person it could be different. If it’s your friend you could give them a hug and say ahoy birthday and hand them a small gift. A relative you could call and send a gift card, or if it’s perhaps someone you like you could text them happy birthday or give/send them a little gift.
