Among the provisions of the 1964 Civil Rights Act was the establishment of equal employment opportunity commission.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is referred to as the federal agency that started in United States, the main aim of this commission is to fight against work place discrimination based on various factors such as religion, gender, race, skin color,age, genetics, physical disability ,sexuality and nationality.
