Answer:

19

Step-by-step explanation:

Stem and Leaf Plots

It is a special table where each data value is split into a stem (the first digit or digits) and a leaf (usually the last digit).

So, in the given plot

the first stem 2 has leafs = 6,7,7

So, the numbers will be 26,27,27

So, in this way we can write the stem leaf plot data in normal data form

Now to calculate range

Range = Highest number - lowest number

The first stem 2 and its first leaf 6 . So,number = 26 is the lowest number

The third stem 4 and its last leaf 5 . So, number = 45 is the highest number

Thus Range = 45-26=19

Hence the range of data  is 19

If matrix A has dimensions 3 x 2 and matrix B has dimensions 3 x 2, can matrix A and matrix B be multiplied?
Charra [1.4K]
Matrix A has 3 rows, 2 columns
Matrix B has 3 rows, 2 columns

The number of columns in matrix A (which is 2) does not match up with the number of rows in matrix B (which is 3).

So the matrix multiplication A*B is undefined. We cannot multiply the matrices.

Flura [38]

The average of 6 quiz scores, where x is the score of the last quiz, is

\dfrac{83+81+89+92+80+x}6=\dfrac{425+x}6

The student needs a minimum average of 86 to earn an A:

\dfrac{425+x}6=86\implies425+x=516\implies x=91

so the student needs a score of 91.
