Queen Liliuokalani was born 1838 and died 1917. she was the last sovereign Monarch of the Hawaii kingdom and also the only queen regnant to ever Rule the Hawaii Kingdom under the Kalakaua dynasty that ruled the Hawaii kingdom from 1810.

she was ousted in 1893 through a coup by sugar planters and business men in Hawaii kingdom.she had to abdict the throne so that her compatriots who were held captive by the coup plotters will be released and pardoned as well. she made an attempt to regain the throne but was subdued because the coup was a U.S backed military action.
