Explanation:The Rule of law is the principal that all people are subjected to follow the law that's fairly applied. It also suggests that the government's power may only be used in agreement with written laws,the written laws were adopted through an official procedure. The Rule of law is intended to protect against unjustifiable rulings in individual cases. The Rule of law is important to societies because it ensures natural justice. Some of the characteristics of a society that values this principal are; reasonable opportunity, fairness in application of the law , and legal transparency.
