Point of view can be determined by the words you use such as I, my, he, she, and you.


You can identify first person if the story uses the words such as "I". It's like you are having a conversation with a person and they are telling you about a certain thing.


Second person uses he and she or names.


Third person is as is someone is talking to you and telling you what you're going to do or did.

in mending wall the speaker does not see the necessity of the wall what does the speaker do that could be considered ironic

The action of the speaker that can be considered ironic is that actually the speaker takes initiative of establishing the wall up to himself but then he questions it and has some doubts about that. There is another irony,  I would say, the main one, you may find it useful : the wall which was meant to separate neighbours brings them together every year in order to repair it. Is it really the borderline?Hope that helps.

The Declaration of Independence supports the dissolution of political bands when a government destroys rather than secures its citizens' rights. If the government can’t protect its people and liberties, then they have to alter ir or abolish it.  The people have the right to start a revolution. The form of government always should be a government of people for the people’s rights.
