Slave ships transported 11–12 million Africans to destinations in North and South America, but it was not until the end of the 18th century that any regulation was introduced. The Brookes print dates to after the Regulated Slave Trade Act of 1788, but still shows enslaved Africans chained in rows using iron leg shackles. What challenges would you face if you had to support yourself by living off the island during colonial America

Answer:

Food, water, and shelter would be the biggest concern if your still colonizing. If you don't have stuff like wood, or hunting gear shelter and food would be hard to obtain, if you don't have food, you die, and if you don't have shelter by winter, you die. Plus, you would have to stockpile water seeing as the water freezes over in the winter, so you'd have to keep it in a warm place as well, and being on your own makes all of the above a lot harder to do.

Teenage pregnancy and poverty are closely related to each other. Due to poverty, some teens are uneducated about sexual intercourse and the proper use of contraceptives. The lack of awareness in using contraceptives is a big factor in most of teenage pregnancy cases.
