The gap between rich and poor is higher than in any other forward nation, but most people are oblivious. Whereas Westerners worry about the process of financial pie is distributed, Americans want to join the rich, not absorb them. Eight out of ten, more than anywhere else, except that though you may begin defectively if you struggle tough, you can make lots of cash. It is a fundamental part of the American Dream.
