It effected them by putting the people normally under a pretty regular loose rule to an iron fist dictator that controlled everything. also the Chinese and South Asians were not warriors but good merchants the mongols were a warrior culture so it was opposite to their way of life. Europe was effected because the Mongols raised prices of goods way up making everything in Europe more expensive
