The kind of learning that I think that King Archidamus would consider “useless matters” is the learning where it would not lead to any kind of logical conclusion. War should be brought on immediately, rather than deferring another generation to let matters cool down instead of getting victory no matter the cause.

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

The kind of learning you think king Archidamus would consider “useless matters” is any kind of intellectual learning.

This is so because king Archidamus and the Spartans were true warriors. They trained men since they were children under severe conditions to became fierce warriors and defend Sparta from intruders. The war techniques were inherited from their ancestors and the king considered it important to maintain them. He also thought that being a warrior was an honorable thing

Explain how and why internal
Mademuasel [1]

Answer:

The internal factors, or the indigenous people, had little to no influence over the external factors, or the European states. Soon, the indigenous population began to adopt western practices. However, most people soon began to question the flaws of the external factors. Then, they started to rebel, but most failed. An example is the Cherokee Nation adopting colonial methods of farming, weaving, and building. But since the Americans were greedy for gold, they pushed the Cherokee from their lands and killed. Later on, they participated in rituals called the Ghost Dance so that their ancestors would help drive out the whites. Sadly, the movements fell at the Wounded Knee Massacre in 1890. Another example are the Hindus and Muslims using rifle cartridges ,ade from cow and pig fat. They were mad because they thought the British were trying to convert them to Christianity. They rebelled in a violent uprising known as the Indian Rebellion of 1857, but were ultimately crushed, killing thousands.

What natural hazards is Australia at risk from
tino4ka555 [31]

I think that one of the main ones most of the time is drought as we have such a dry and hot climate. But currently flooding is an issue, in Tasmania we just had the biggest flood since the 1921 floods (Look it up).

Northern parts of Australia are also prone to tropical cyclones
