Most of the countries have outside influences, mainly from the world superpowers like USA, Russia, China, or regional powerful countries.

He would embody the principles of the United Nations and thus democracy would spread and all countries would be working together. This would not be possible for countries with dictators or totalitarian regimes because they would do what they wanted.
