This exercise can be solved in three parts, namely:

PART I.

Let's suppose I am babysitting my little brother, I need to use the verbs hacer and ser to tell him to do three things, so we need to use the imperative mood, which is a mood used to tell someone to do something in a direct manner. Put simply, the imperative mood are commands. So:

1. Haz la tarea

Haz comes from the verb hacer and is used when telling someone to do something. Basically, here I am telling my brother to do his homework and this sentence translates into do your homework. So, la is the feminine definite article that translates into the and tarea is a feminine noun translating into homework.

2. Sé educado

Sé comes from the verb ser and is used when telling someone to behave in a certain manner. So here I am telling my brother to be polite, so this sentence translates into Be polite. Recall that we use the verb ser to talk about permanent or lasting attributes.

3. Haz la cama

Here we also use the verb hacer. In this sentence, I am telling my brother to make his bed and this sentence translates into make the bed. So we also use here the definite article (feminine and singular form) because the noun cama is also feminine and singular

PART II.

For these answers, we need to use direct object pronouns. A direct object pronoun replaces a direct object, that is a noun that directly receives the action of a verb in a sentence. Therefore:

a. Sí, yo los veo

We need to give either an affirmation or negation to this question. So we choose to give a positive answer. Hence we start answering the question with an affirmation using the word sí. In this question, the direct object is Juan y Pablo. Since, Juan y Pablo matches the third person plural, that is, this can be replaced by ellos (they), then the direct object pronoun for the third person plural in masculine form is los. So we replace Juan y Pablo by los.

b. No, no lo compré

We need to give either an affirmation or negation to this question. So we choose to give a negative answer. If the answer to a question is negative, two negative words are required, that's why we answer: No, no lo compré. In this question, someone wants to know if I bought a gift in a certain moment in the past. First of all, the direct object is un regalo. Since un regalo matches the third person singular (masculine form), then we need to replace this by the direct object pronoun for the third person singular in masculine form, which is lo. So we replace un regalo by lo.

C. Sí, te llamé

Here we also choose to give a positive answer. Next, we use the word te that is the direct object pronoun for the second person singular. On the other hand, llamé is the conjugation of the verb llamar for the first person singular in the preterite tense.

PART II.

We need to choose three verbs and conjugate them in the present progressive. So we have choose the verbs decir, creer and seguir

1. Using decir

The present progressive is used to talk about something that is happening now. This is used following the formula:
estar + present participle
So suppose you are in a business meeting and you are there with your team. Perhaps you want to emphasize some important things you and your team have to say, therefore you can use the following sentence in the present progressive:
Estamos diciendo cosas importantes

2. Using creer

Suppose you are sick and a lot of people visit you. So you have faith that you will get better soon. Hence you say everyone who comes to visit you this words:
Yo estoy creyendo que mejoraré

3. Using creer

Suppose you admire a singer and he is in a concert and you are there. Then, there is a moment in which this man is giving autographs to his fans and you are there. So you tells him that you are taking singing lessons to be a great singer. Therefore, you might say:
Estoy siguiendo tus pasos
