10. Is love simply physical desire or something more?

Explanation: These questions are the top ten preferred questions that I ( personally) would ask to a Philospher. As a great advice to anyone who's reading this, I prefer you to not ask anything about religion. It could mentally offend a Philospher just as much as anyone else.

Why did the United States end the negotiations with France during the XYZ Affair?
Allisa [31]
The United States end the negotiations with France during the XYZ Affair because French officials demanded that the United States pay bribes.

The XYZ Affair was an incident in 1978, involving US envoys to France and un-named French diplomats who identified themselves as X, Y, and Z. They demanded substantial bribes and payments from the US envoys in exchange for ceasing of French hostility to US merchant ships as a result of the US entrance into the Jay treaty with Great Britain.

rosijanka [135]

Answer:

The impact that the general textile strike had on labor unions in the South Carolina was:

B. allowed more unions to collectively bargain

Explanation:

The reasons behind this answer are: It didn't allow the mills to have more labor unions, first people joined the existing ones when the strike was being carried out and after everything happened the textile factories reopened just to hire the employees that would agree with their terms of no strikes in the future. C. the state didn't create a department to oversee the strikes. D. It didn't intensify the anti-union statement it only confirmed it. However, it allowed unions to organize under bigger organizations.
