The struggles included going hungry in order to feed his family (even then it wasn’t enough), waking up early in hopes of being chosen for a work shift due to unemployment, and not being able to pay his electricity and other basic necessities. Aside from not having money hehad to cope with a broken hand otherwise he would be deemed unfit for work leaving him and his family with absolutely no income; it also caused him to lose multiple boxing matches.
