Youll have to lodge the end of the sticks in the ground, you cant do it on this surface, it will tip over easily. Do it on dirt. Also get a stronger rope and tie the top through and through very well.

If you HAVE to do it on flat ground and not dirt, I would wrap rubber on the bottom of the sticks, add 3 more sticks (1 on each side so it looks like an asterisk *) and tie another rope around it, but make it tighter at the top.
