The right answer is the D: In order to illustrate how romantic love makes the world seem new. The author starts by lyrically describing the refreshing, bright, and regenerating effect of dew and dawn on nature (she uses terms such as stars, jewels, bright and gem) in order to compare it with the one that the love of his lover ("fresh as the dawn") has on her. That love, like the dew and the dawn, has made a path for her where everything along the way shines as she passes by, solely for her own pleasure. It is, therefore, this romantic love that makes her seeing the world new, full of light and delicacy.

Read the sentence and identify the antecedent that corresponds with the bolded pronoun. In the tenth century, Venetian merchants
Ostrovityanka [42]

The correct answer is option d: merchants

In grammar rules, an antecedent can be identified in a sentence because it is later replaced by a pronoun. An antecedent also refers in a sentence to something that happened in the past.

In the sentence provided as an example, the Venetian 'merchants' is the noun that is later replaced by its respective pronoun (theirs). The verb brought also tells us it was something that happened in the past.

What warnings for the future does Victor give after justine's death?
aliina [53]
After her death, Victor seems to feel remorse and guilt because he is aware of what he did, because of the monster he created two family members are dead. Bu, at one point, these feelings turned into anxiety, it might give the reader the idea that he is impossible to figure out. This attitude might foreshadow what happens in Geneva and his decision of keeping the monster alive. It might be interpreted that more obscure things are about to happen.
