Should the government regulate what we eat? Why or why not?

English

This is an open ended question, it's all opinion based.

Case one: If the government regulates what we eat, they'd be keeping us healthy. Due to fast food slowly taking over, over time the next generation will be twice as far as the current generations obesity size.

Case two: If the government regulates what we eat, freedom isn't even given towards something so small but valuable to some people. The government shouldn't really part take that much in everyone's life but in my opinion at least, the government should take steps towards someone who is obese and help him or her lose weight and live a good life.

Brandon steals Frank’s watch. Brandon is caught by the police. What kind of court will this matter be tried in? a. Civil court b
kotegsom [21]
In my opinion, the answer is B. Criminal court.

Stealing something is considered a crime, and criminal court deals with criminal offences. A civil court would, for example, be the place for Brandon to get a divorce, or another kind of legal dispute (for example, over property). An appellate court would review appeals from some other court - if a party is dissatisfied with the outcome of a trial. A Kangaroo court doesn't exist.
