Answer:

A. Many people moved from rural areas to urban centers,

Explanation:

During the late 1800s the flow of people from rural areas to urban was maximum. At this age there were lots of big industries being built and run during industrialisation phase so people went to urban areas for the jobs.

As the large portion of population couldn’t depend upon the agriculture in rural areas hence they migrated to the cities seeking the jobs and opportunities.

Who supported Amendment 22? Why did they support it? What events in history led to it’s ratification?
alexgriva [62]
The twenty-second admendment was set up so that no one president can serve more than two terms.

The citizens of America supported the 22nd admendment, because after Franklin D. Roosevelt, who served 4 terms (due to his popularity, the Great Depression, and WWII), the US citizens were afraid that the government would soon turn into a totalitarian state (in which one person rules).

hope this helps

How does the Magna Carta affect the citizens of the United States today?
sergij07 [2.7K]

Both the state declarations of rights and the United States Bill of Rights incorporated several guarantees that were understood at the time of their ratification to descend from rights protected by Magna Carta. Among these are freedom from unlawful searches and seizures, a right to a speedy trial, a right to a jury trial in both a criminal and a civil case, and protection from loss of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.
