1- C'est le prof <u>avec qui </u>je travaille.

<em>OR</em>

  C'est le prof <u>avec lequel</u> je travaille.

<em>I don't know what you've been learned ... In fact you can use both. But when talking about a person ,  it's preferable to use "qui"...  but there's no real rule...</em>

2- C'est le restaurant <u>auquel</u> j'irai.

<em>"auquel" is the contraction of "à + lequel"</em>

<em>-</em>

<em>lequel = masc. sing.</em>

<em>laquelle = fem. sing.</em>

<em>lesquels = masc. pluriel</em>

<em>lesquelles = fem. pluriel</em>

<em>-</em>

<em>auquel = à + lequel</em>

<em>à laquelle</em>

<em>auxquels = à + lesquels</em>

<em>auxquelles = à + lesquelles</em>

<em>duquel  = de + lequel</em>

<em>de laquelle</em>

<em>desquels = de + lesquels</em>
